DSGM II. Analytical Gimnastics (AG)

With analytical gymnastics, deficiency of the movement is practically corrected by a physical educational method based on working out separately each and every part of the body. The sessions are held in groups and are accompanied by music. Beside correction, they aim at developing a self-conscious, precise, appropriate and harmonious movement of the body within the limits of its deficiency. Groups are formed according to diagnosis, age and proficiency:
- group for adolescents and adults with loose-limbs, spinal curvature, luxation or other orthopedic problems
- group for handicapped children and adults with CP or other anomalies
- small group for children with co-ordination and concentration problems   
- separate groups of aesthetic fitness exercises for sound children and adults

There is no upper limit, but the minimum age for admittance to our groups is three and a half or four.
